The 7 Step Process

Step One: Select a School & Enroll

This means you get the coursework you need for your TN real estate license at NO COST to you. Connect with a member of our team today to get enrolled.

Step Two: Complete the 60-Hour Course
Successfully complete the required 60-hour Tennessee Real Estate Principles course before you register to take the state licensing examination.

Step Three: Complete the 30-Hour Course
Successfully complete the required 30-hour Tennessee Course for New Affiliates. The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires you to successfully complete this course prior to applying for an affiliate broker license.

Step Four: Register & Pass Real Estate Exam
Once you’ve successfully completed both courses, register and take your real estate exam with PSI. Your exam has two portions—the National portion and the State portion. Reach out to a member of our team for study resources.

Step Five: Set Up Information Consultation
Woohoo! You’ve passed your test and completed your coursework! Now it’s time to set up an information consultation with a member of our team. During this time, you will learn about the next steps, value of Keller Williams and benefits of partnering with the #1 Brand in Middle TN!

Step Six: Get Fingerprinted
After passing your exam, the next step is to complete your fingerprinting and background check. TREC requires that applicants have a background check performed before they can become a licensed real estate agent in TN. Visit TREC’s website to see eligibility criteria.
